I have never had such difficulty working with a company. The main reason I booked my accommodation through Booking.com was to get the free taxi from the airport to my accommodation that was promised.

I did screenshot the offer, but the taxi department is declining my phone transfers and refuses to accept the picture of the offer. They are also refusing to email or chat with me. What kind of company refuses to talk to their customers? I have tried for two weeks to straighten this out and have been on the phone with someone in the accommodation department (not the taxi department) for a total of 5-6 hours, and no one has any answers.

If I wasn't going to another country, I wouldn't be half as upset as I am now, but I am going to a country that speaks another language.

This is unacceptable. I will NEVER use Booking.com again!

I accidentally booked the wrong hotel. I tried to cancel within 30 minutes when I realized, and they tried charging me the full booking price to cancel.

I tried to contact my bank and the transaction was not able to be cancelled. They took $383.78 for a room in which I did not stay! I want my money back!

I will never use booking.com ever again. They steal from consumers with their policies made to take advantage of consumers.

Dont book flights with Booking.com.

This company is useless, scheming and lies to customers when it comes to booking flights.

Firstly, we found a long distance flight on Booking.com via Skyscanner, which looked perfectly fine. It was a similar rate to other travel agents on the list, but much cheaper than the actual airline price.

Booking.com accepted and confirmed our booking.

The next day it advised us that there was a problem, and our booking was cancelled, and our several thousands of dollars would be returned within 7 business days.

So they held our funds for a week. In that time we had insufficient funds on our credit card to book the flights through another agency. Appeals to have the funds returned fell on deaf ears.

Really poor behaviour.

Secondly, as we were booking a domestic flight in Peru, the Booking.com site said that carry-on and check-in luggage could not be added during the process, but could be added after the booking was made.

When I tried to do this, it was impossible, and the airline said I had to do it through Booking.com. When I called them, they said the airline would not allow them to add carry-on luggage, but we could add two check-in items per passenger, and one of these could be a carry-on, of limited to 10 kgs.

(We then had to pay high rates to buy extra luggage; much more than it would have been if we bought it when booking; if we had booked directly with the airline.)

This was important because we had a lot of essential medications and other items etc with us for a long trip, and we could not afford to lose them; as can happen with checked luggage.

When we checked in, the airline refused to allow the carry-on luggage, and it had to be checked in as we were boarding the plane.

The booking process was faulty.

Booking.com then lied about the luggage.

They should have their ability to book flights removed. They are a disgrace

I can't get anyone to give me any help. I booked a room through booking.com and they took out the money.

I booked for three days from my debit card. When I went to check in, the hotel refused to accommodate me because I didn't have a credit card. I had to go to another hotel and spend even more money.

I want my money back from the first reservation that refused to accommodate me. This is messed up, man, and no one will help me.

I went to Mex Car Rental on 9/23/24 to pick up my car. The company is charging me $12.99 per day for an EZY pass, and you also have to get full coverage insurance because it's mandatory.

I asked for the manager, and she was very rude to me; she was unprofessional. Not only that, but I regret using Booking to fly to Orlando. They cancelled my rental because I said I didn't want the insurance. I will never rent a car from Mex Car Rental in the future.

Also, I haven't received my refund from them yet. People, don't rent a car from Mex; they charge too many fees.

I had booked a room on booking.com, which was canceled due to my card being declined. I had to phone several places several times to get my money back and then, when I got it back, they charged me again.

Both charges are for $188.29. I spoke with the property who gave me my refund for the first charge and then told me the second charge was from booking.com.

I was not sent a confirmation from booking.com,resulting in me being charged 354 dollars for a room I didnt use. Got another room from booking .com in which they sent me a confirmation number.When seeking a solution I was sent over seas to Asian who said he would call me back,but he never did.

Disappointing customer service.I need this issue resolved! Terrible service.

Booking.com app glitched, autocorrecting continually to day forward0 charging my credit card for a night I didn't need. I called the Hotel- Inn at Long Lake, Nanaimo BC.

They said they'd refund me when I arrived for same night booking. Once I got there, they charged me again, and said only their manager could refund next morning. Next morning, no manager, but the supervisor of registration desk said only Booking.com could refund me. Despite paying in person for the actual night stayed- they wouldn't refund even their share of the rate.

Booking.com service rep on phone was helpful, but wouldn't accept the verbal approval from front desk to refund me. Booking.com said they emailed the hotel right while we were on the phone- but the hotel kept saying they didn't receive, and booking.com kept saying they sent and they required a written approval. There's only a 24 hour window for refund- and neither of them would budge to accept the other's process. All I know is the hotel made double the room rate for the app's mistake, and booking.com made doublet the commission.

I reported to Better Business Bureau, and they said too bad, the company moved from states to Amsterdam, no BBB oversight anymore.

When I let Booking.com know I reported them, they blocked my email. That tracks.

The listing noted public parking availability, with a photo of a huge driveway. I reached out to Vacasa a month before because, hidden on their site, after signing their burdensome agent contract, it indicated parking for only one car.

I requested parking for two cars to accommodate five senior citizens.

However, they refused to ask the owner for an exception, and failed to explain what 'public parking' means. It was difficult to find easy contact for bookings.

One of your clients at this address on memorial highway in Hillsboro co fl is falsely advertising my backyard as part of the amenities provided by the rental property they are advertising on your website. The Lakehouse one and two are not part of their property.

It is actually my backyard. I am constantly aggravated by commercial lights, loud noise activity, illegal hunting of alligators, other wildlife, illegal cutting, and invasion of my property.

False advertising (Scamming), Uncleaned and bad smell every where

My family and I came for a trip to BC from Alberta. I booked this place because I trust booking.com very much.

As I have been using this site for 5-7 years, I have never experienced something as horrendous as this. We explored around BC for 4 days and after a long day went into the property with high hopes as the description had overly exaggerated the attributes. As we went in we saw the house and all of us had already started groaning as how bad it was in its aesthetics but we thought maybe the inside would be much better. We went inside and the smell instantly stuck out as how bad it was, smelling like something was rotting.

As we headed upstairs to our room we saw the kitchen and how messy and unclean it was, there was half eaten food in places. Same going for our room and the balcony with bugs such as spiders and ants everywhere and fur all over our bed and the balcony having lots of trash bags and garbage people had thrown out. The floors and sheets looked as if they had never cleaned or sweeped them before.

I also have 2 kids, one being 6 years old and I was scared of our kids getting sick and taking the bed bugs home, as they were everyone. They had no light other than one lamp that barely even worked, our kids were crying to go somewhere else.The last moment we had no choice but to roam around for 2 hours finally being able to find a place, as most of the places we went were full and we ended up spending double because we had no other choice with our kids.

I made a Request to change one traveller on our flight.

My word the number of lies you get from 20 different Indian based call centre agents is just incredibly frustrating. Just cant understand why they would hire such incompetent people.

Its 7 days now and they still have not sorted my flights for next week.

I even asked to speak to a supervisor or manger and they shared they busy with meetings.

I call in everyday ands the story is the same like it was scripted.

It their technical issue and they cannot even call or message me with any update. will never use this app ever again for travel.
