I made a reservation for my husband at Booking.com at the Montgomery Inn & Suites in Montgomery, AL.He called two hours before arriving and they assured him the room was waiting for him.

Guess what--NO ROOM and since there was a softball tournament (in which my hubby was a referee) they said there were no rooms anywhere. Back to Booking.com to book another room, this time at Super 8, and my husband rushed to get there before THAT room was gone. But he was too slow; no room for him even with the confirmation number in hand! Back to Booking.com (I never learn!) and booked a room at the Home Inn & Suites, and he actually got that room, but it was twice the price and was not a non-smoking room.

Since it was almost midnight and he had to get up very early for the games, he took it and went to bed.

His allergies to cigarette smoke have kicked in and now he is not only tired but sick.Never again, Booking.com!!!!
