Still not been resolved and not liking people's comments kn the post trolling is not nice when we are honest people

No really just being passed from pillow to post but I will not stop until we get some kind of refund and an apology

Been onto both parties complaint to jet2 and booking.com said we cannot have a refund as jet2 have already been paid

Me and my partner was due to fly to athens yesterday with JET2 AND wasnt allowed to board the flight my partner could not find her boarding pass and she said a bad word but not at anybody she said it herself and a crew member said that she was drunk and abusive towards him this never happened i would like to say that I have tiresly been non stop in trying to get a refund from both parties but they keep saying not there issue contact the other party Jet2 s staff were very rude in the way we was treated and the pilot looked very intoxicated we are so Disappointed with jet2 and booking.com I will take this as far as I possibly can so people are aware we av lost £1,245 for no fault ov our own an holiday and my partner s birthday who as not stopped crying all week as she thinks that she's to blame and she did nothing wrong disgraceful jet2 and booking.com should be ashamed of yourselfs

Booking Cons: No one to talk to, Dont want to give a refund.

hello im a booking "partner" means i rent out my property through them and i add they are terrible company i find that telling the advisors if they understand "I will hold well you find more information" tends to work they dont like it and it takes up alot of your time but it does work in not being passed from pillar to post - if your in the UK go on companies house write to the head office then tell the customer service department and suddenly their attitude changes.

It doesn't really matter if the swearing wasn't directed at anybody, you have to know how to conduct yourself in a public space, especially one where kids are likely to be. I've denied people service for bad language before even if it wasn't "at" me. Insane.

You couldn’t find your boarding pass, having been on a bender with the pilot. He got through without a boarding pass.

Discrimination! You also seem to have misplaced some full stops and commas. Not your fault, it’s the wife’s knock off cavernous Gucci handbag that’s to blame for hiding these important things just when you need them.

If you don’t get any joy with Jet2/Booking.com, you should be going after dodgy Dave from the market that flogged it to her. You don’t even have a pillow to cry on, that keeps getting passed around.

My partner it was in her bag buy couldn't find it and she was getting emotional and swore at her bag they actually let us through the gate to enter the plane
